Should be the first 21st birthday celebration I’ve been to. Sudden realization that I’m turning old ‘cos I’m attending 21st birthday parties? Although SK isn’t my age, but the fact that I’m friends with people who are legally an adult now, makes me feel like I’m mature to be hanging out with them. 0.0
Theme was colourful and bright, and I went from hall and this ensemble is the most colourful set that I’ve got. The exact sameclothes sponsored from Hall Pageant. SK was my hall pageant partner for those who didn’t know. ^^ Humorous guy who went on to win Engin Bash!! Eventful university life I would say.
Motorcycle cake is from Nicole. Introduced her to SK ‘cos I heard he was frantically looking for an affordable yet customised cake for his 21st. The cake’s really good, loved the texture of the chocolate cake. It had like this small bumps that were moist and super shiok. However, I’m really a person with sweet tooth and would choose milk chocolate over dark chocolate anytime, the cake was a bit bitter for my liking. Though most others loved it. -.- Sweet fondant is more my thang hahaha. I chose the corner of the wheel ‘cos it had the most fondant.
Very pretty and yummy cupcakes SK ordered from another provider, House of Mini! Also really awesome tasting and the icing doesn’t melt though it was left out in the open for quite a while. Many pretty colours and designs. Most people drifted to the oreo ones but I’m more interested in the pastel blue one. So pretty! The best surprise is, there’s a mini marshmallow hidden below all the icing and it matches the colour of the icing. Cheryl and I squealed when we ate the marshmallows. Super heavenly~!
Makes me start thinking of what theme I should have for my 21st? Should it be a large one or a mini gathering for close friends? Hmmmmm. Is it a little early to start planning one and a half year early?
